Rooftop HIIT Class

End your day strong with Sweaty Sunset — our signature rooftop HIIT class at GoFit X Gym Geylang. This 45-minute outdoor workout combines strength and cardio to challenge endurance and torch calories as the sun sets over Geylang.

 

Open to all levels, it blends bodyweight circuits, high-intensity bursts, and functional moves in a one-of-a-kind open-air setting.
